Yeah it would have been but we're moving mail systems onto faster kit step by step, "hosted" domains aren't over yet so you were trying to log into the FF webmail system with an account that although existed on the new system had to be authenticated again on mail.reflow....

If it was on the same systems it would be fine but not yet in otherwords I didn't plan for customer's shortcuts Wink

Thanks Derek - it works via that.

the only thing is that it was fine until yesterday to check both Ffly and RReps accounts via Ffly webmail with the appropriate addresses.

I suspect you are going to http://mail.fireflyuk.net and logging in with your @reflow address ?
If this is correct, log into http://mail.reflowrepairs.com and you should be fine.

If not, i've just made a clown of myself  Sad

Hi

I have reflowrepairs.com domain through yourselves and need to check webmail daily incase any customers messages end up in spam filters.

Yesterday when checking in "Held" instead of going to held messages, it goes to message "No autologin for (27203) found".
If I login with email address and password it goes to a Surgemail screen which doesn't have a "Held" box.

Mmm plot thickens - I thought I had the spam filters on for this account (but maybe not), but I've just gone in to disable friends and can't - button doesn't work.

Could you look into this since I'm a bit concerned that a customer may be stuck somewhere.

Thanks again

Nick
